Along the coast there is a long sea promenade for lovers of leisurely walks, along which there are several private restaurants and cafes. The hotel has excellent facilities for holding symposia and conferences: the area for such events is 2500 sq. m. There is a local bus service with the city center - a bus runs between Podstrana and Split about once an hour (more often in the season).
