The resort is located in the middle of its own botanical garden, 100 meters from its own beach in the quiet Chaika area and 200 meters from Kabakum Beach. The park, covering an area of 45 decades, is suitable for various sports as well as various types of treatment. Organic vegetables are grown in the garden.
