The hotel complex "Premiera" is located in the village of Zhelezny Port, 7-10 minutes from the beach. The three-storey building of the hotel has a unique architecture and has comfortable rooms, most with balconies and terraces, with all conveniences (hot water, TVs, satellite dishes, refrigerators, minibars, air conditioners), as well as two-room suites. There is a cafe-dining room on the territory. It offers a sauna, billiards, a guarded parking lot for personal vehicles, a swimming pool with a children's section, a pool bar.
