Bird Island Lodge

Bird Island Lodge is the only hotel located on the amazing Bird Island Reserve, famous for rare species of birds, giant turtles and pristine white beaches 5 km long, with emerald-turquoise waters of the warm Indian Ocean splashing. On the east and south sides, the island is protected by a barrier reef with numerous underwater inhabitants. The hotel rooms are located in free-standing bungalows, surrounded by tropical gardens and tall coconut trees, and are distinguished by the elegance of the interiors and the unusual approach to equipment. Bird Island Lodge adheres to the concept of "one with nature", therefore the rooms are not air-conditioned, as the coolness is provided by ceiling fans and excellent natural ventilation, there are no TVs and telephones so as not to disturb the idyll of the surrounding nature.
